Practices and policies – especially those at the global level – often overlap with other policies, including SDGs and food sustainability to name a few.

Because September is National Food Safety Education Month (a time dedicated to raising awareness about preventing foodborne illness and promoting best practices in food handling, production, and policy) we are here to highlight that food safety goals are more than simply clean kitchens and safe temperatures.
